Wednesday October 5th, members of the JV Lady Volleyball Knights along with Coach Silva volunteered a couple of hours to help out the local group that is called END 68 Hours of Hunger. The objective of the community service project was to bring an awareness to the young lady athletes of Kingswood and local community members, help collect important food and donations for children in our Wolfeboro community who might otherwise not have food over weekends, and lastly provide service to our community that is so supportive of our high school sports programs. The event was a great success 2 large bins of food were collected along with over $130 dollars of donations by the public which the team delivered to Sally Humer at the Huggins facility. Thankyou to all that participated.
