Kingswood Girls Tennis had a sunny but cold and windy season opener at Pelham High School beating Pelham 7-2.

The Knights won in singles.   The only close matches were in the #1 and #2 singles and the #1 doubles.  #1 Maddie Ward won a tiebreaker in singles and together with Grace Saunders lost a tiebreaker in doubles.  #2 Grace Saunders lost a long singles match after most games in her set going to deuce.
