Senior Night was good to the host Knights on Tuesday. Led again by Senior Captain Sam Barton (37) the Knights (217) were able to beat Milford (230), Oyster River (224), and Pembroke (243). The Knights improved to 17-4 on the season. Chris Nelson struggled early but played well coming in to post an important 43. Jacob Jensen (47), Curtis Heath (47) and Davis Ekstrom (43) all contributed to the team’s score. Ekstrom shot his lowed score of the year. He played smart golf, sometimes laying up short of the green to avoid trouble. The Knights face their toughest tests of the season as they travel to Pease Golf Course Tuesday and Overlook Country Club on Thursday.
