GILFORD HIGH SCHOOL: 3
JV Lady knights volleyball lose at Gilford. Tonights match saw a batlle with the Knights losing all 3 games. The first game saw the Knights holding on losing only by 6 points as well as the 2nd game by only 5 points. Tonight saw the return of Sammy Hotchkiss from a longer injury who immediately contributed with some great serving and effort on defense. Also Sophia Emery returned after a week out on injury and immediately dominated at the net with some timely blocking. Abby Bonenfant also did very well setting and quick reaction for timely plays. Next match is slated for Wednesday October 11 at home vs Kennett
