The JV Volleyball Lady Knights have won their 4th consecutive match this time against Kennett HS keeping an undefeated record and holding the top spot among all teams in the league. The first game saw stellar play from Sophmore Kayla Turner with 3 kills and and great defense. Junior Claire Richard kept her streak going with dominating play from the service line exposing the Kennett team with 7 service points and incredible stellar passing and defense. Freshman Maddie Ward was also a vital contributor as she directed the offense with great poise dishing out 6 assists and great leadership. The 2nd game saw Sophmore Sophia Emery shine bright like a  diamond with 4 service points and tallying up a couple of key attacks as well as timely passing. Sophmore Billie Joe Dumont brought her "A" game with 11 key service points utilizing her killer jump serve in game 2. Game 3 saw Sophmore Sammy Hotchkiss leading with 5 service points from the line as well as 2 key blocks on defense.  the final scores went 25-8, 25-10, and 15-10. All Kingswood. The JV Lady Knights now move to 4 Wins and 0 Losses and now hold onto the #1 position in league play. Congrats to all of the JV Lady Knights on their hard work. The Next match is scheduled for Friday night september 16 at home against St Thomas Acquainas HS and then monday at Oyster River. Things will be quite exciting facing off in the next week because of the intense team we have against some tough opponents.
